Unable to syn to new computer

I had used Zotero extensively on my old computer, and am not able to sync my library to my new computer. I have set up the sync in settings, and followed all items identified in the Knowledge Base. What else can I do!?!

Online library didn't sync. Appears that all content from previous machine didn't transfer, even though using same log in for account.
