Synchoronization problem

My last computer died, so I got a new one, re-download Zotero, and reggister to the same account ==> It's impossible for me to find my libraries with aaaaaall the document that were saved.
I went on the "syncing settings", tried it with Zotero and WebDAV. I tried online. And the SQLite document seems empty...

The Sync settings are automatic and I KNOW that I have not modified it one my previous computer... so I should be able to access my data...

I would be very greatfull to receive some help ! Thanks

There are only a couple items in your online library, and the couple that are there were created last month. Most likely you simply hadn't set up syncing on your previous computer — Zotero doesn't sync unless you set it up (though it warns you if you don't do so).

If you're sure you were syncing (e.g., you were a member of any groups, and/or you'd previously viewed your data in the online library) then you were syncing with a different account.
