Upgrade StorageMacOS Microsoft Word : Error 5
Hello,
First of all, excuse my english, i'm french, so if you notice bad grammar or whatever, that's why.
I recently installed Zotero on my Mac, and the Zotero Connector Plugin on my Google Chrome, cause I need it for my studies.
The Zotero button shows up normally on Word, I can click on it, but when I try to click on any of the actions (like Add/EditCitation or Add/Eddit Bibliography or even Document Preferences or Refresh), a message shows up and tells me that an error occured "Error of execution 5".
I tried everything I could find on the internet, like uninstall Zotero, Word and everything the re-install everything, I tried to manually change the .dotm file in the Word StartUp folder, I tried to update everything even my MacOs, everything's on the latest upadtes, I spent many hours on it. Nothing helps and the same Error message shows up every time, I can't figure out why.
I have many friends and classmates that have it and use it, nobody has this issue. I can't figure why it only happens to me... Nothing seems different between our configurations.
Can anyone help me please? I really need to make it work but i'm pretty stucked...
