WebDAV verification issue in iOS

The issue is that server verification in iPad iOS (18,3) does not finish in a timely manner. I do not get any errors even when I left it going for a long time.

Interestingly, server verification does work on the desktop app, and I can see my notes and highlights that I created on the iPad, but the PDF cannot be downloaded on the desktop app. It gives me this error:

The attached file could not be found at the following path:

C:\Users\*****\Zotero\storage\WZZQE5LT\s11085-024-10311-5.pdf


The webDAV server is Koofr.

    We can look at a Debug ID for a Verify Server attempt, but generally that would just be a problem with your WebDAV configuration or network connection.

    I’ve tried my best to remove all the other reasons such as connection, etc to no avail. Also I don’t think it has to do with my WebDAV since it is working on my PC. Here is the debug ID, I thank you very much for your help.

    That's an HTTP 429 Too Many Requests error with the message "Too many login retries" from your WebDAV provider.
