Unable to insert citation

When I have Word and Zotero open and I want to insert a citation, Word crashes and reports an error. However, my file is not empty, as your error page says.

What it says is that you should test in a new, empty document and see if you can reproduce it there.

But a Word crash is a Word bug, so you'd want to make sure you're running the latest version.

Oh, well, and you should start by disabling all your other Word add-ins. That's very likely to be the problem.
