Unable to add connector to chrome

I am unable to add Zotero connector on my mac and upload pdf docs to my library. The error message I get when trying to save to zotero is: You don't have necessary rights to submit this item to My Library.

    What's the exact message you're seeing? Don't paraphrase or translate. I'm pretty sure that's not a message in Zotero.

    What URL are you trying to save from?

    Also, I'm not sure why you're saying "I am unable to add Zotero connector on my mac" when you're providing a Report ID from the Zotero Connector from Chrome?
