Wiki dev/zotero_7_for_developers.txt: fix broken link

The link under "importing global properties" is broken and should be changed from the current ref (https://github.com/zotero/make-it-red/blob/main/src-1.2/lib.js) to the new correct ref (https://github.com/zotero/make-it-red/blob/main/src-1.2/make-it-red.js).
