attachments won't download to android phone via app

the sync function works fine (it seems all the entries on my mobile device match the ones on my desktop) but when I try to preview/mark documents or snapshots up it throws the error pictured below. let me know if there's any way i can access logs or other information that may help understand and address this issue!
