Problem of Adding Name to Surname in Citation

When I want to cite according to APA 7 format, the first letter of the author's name is added before the author's surname. This problem does not occur in every work, but only in a few works. For example, although it should be (Yılmaz & Arslan, 2007), zotero makes the attribution as (M. Yılmaz & Arslan, 2007).

Author names and surnames are placed completely and correctly in Zotero. I deleted the source and reinstalled it, but the problem was not resolved. Could you please support
