Who's Com Surrogate?

Hello, after adding a file to Zotero, I can't delete it from my computer (not inside Zotero) because 'it is already open in Com Surrogate', so I have to kill her (whoever that is) from task manager (Windows 11, latest Zotero). Any idea what that's about?
