Upgrade StorageZotero plugin settings not always accessible
I was trying to review my proxy settings in Firefox according to

but couldn't because there was no "Preferences" entry. Took me a while until I figured out that the entry appears only of one is on a webpage, i.e. not on the new tab page.
Since the preferences are not relative to the current webpage, it would be good to be always able to access the preferences.
