Can I Install latest update if not online?

Is there way for me to install update 1.0.0rc3 (August 23, 2007) on my desktop computer if I'm NOT online? --

I use Zotero on a two different computers, a laptop and a desktop, both Macs, and only the laptop is online right now. The desktop has the updated version from last April, and I want to know if I can install the latest update on it using a firewire connection from my desktop. Suggestions?

Sure—just download the XPI from zotero.org by right-clicking on the Download button and choosing "Save Link As...", and then copy that file to the desktop machine. From there you can drag it into Firefox to install.
