I have a item in a collection which has several PDFs attached to it. I cannot drag and drop one of the PDFs into another collection.
Under what conditions is this situation created?
I can move the item itself to a new collection, but not one of the PDFs attached to the item. The item itself is a PDF.

dstillmanIt's a child item — you can't drag it directly to another collection. If you want it to be a standalone attachment, drag it out of the parent and then drag it to another collection.
