Problems resolving DOIs and starting sync
My desktop version of Zotero (7.0.11 64-bit) is not able to import new items from dois (also from dois for which data have been successfully imported in the past). It also does not allow me starting sync although I am sure I use the right credentials which I copy paste from my password safe). Any idea what I could do?
Already removed and installed anew and restarted the computer etc. I have no problem with logging into the online app.

Syncing does not accept my credentials and doi lookup runs into a timeout.
