Upgrade StorageIntermittent error when creating a reference in Word on Mac
When trying to insert a reference in Word on Mac I get an intermittent error: "Zotero experienced an error updating your document".
I've followed the troubleshooting instructions and other suggestions from the forum but to no avail.
I removed antivirus software which seemed at first to fix the problem. But alas the error has returned. I am not aware of any software that is interacting with the clipboard.
