Duplicates aren't being detected

Hi!
So we uploaded library to Zotero which sadly contains quite a few duplicates. Unfortunatly Zotero isn't detecting any of them.

Is there anything we can do to solve this problem?

Can you share screenshots of the Info section for two items that aren't matching?

Those are just attachment items, not regular items.
