Export ma bibliothèque fichier RIS

Bonjour,

Lorsque je veux exporter quelques articles de ma bibliothèque contenus dans une collection (400) j'arrive à générer un fichier RIS recevable pour le JBI Sumari. En revanche, lorsque j'essaye de le faire pour ma collection détenant mes articles de mon mémoire (1857), le fichier RIS créé n'est pas recevable pour le JBI Sumari. Pourquoi ?

When I want to export a few items from my library contained in a collection (400), I manage to generate a RIS file that is acceptable for the Sumari JBI. On the other hand, when I try to do this for my collection containing the articles from my dissertation (1857), the RIS file created is not acceptable for the Sumari JBI. Why is this?

It's not a problem of number of items.

    What do you mean by "n'est pas recevable"?

    Note that if you're using View → Show Items from Subcollections, a parent collection wouldn't necessarily have any items directly within it, and you'd have to export by selecting the items in the items list rather than by right-clicking on the collection itself.

    "n'est pas recevable" veut dire que le format du fichier RIS généré n'est pas accepté par JBI Sumari. Il est justifié par "le format du fichier doit être RIS ou XML.

    Pourtant cela fonctionne bien quand je le fais avec ma collection de 400.
    La collection sélectionnée contient bien les éléments j'ai vérifié.

    Peut-il y avoir une étude corrompue qui biaiserait le format du fichier RIS ?

    Could you provide a Debug ID for an export attempt that's not working?

    How large is the exported RIS file?

    If you open it in a text editor (e.g., Notepad or TextEdit), what do you see?

    Voici le ID : D178488909.

    Le fichier RIS fait 4,64 Mo (4 866 057 octets).

    Le JBI Sumari note l'erreur suivante: "there was an error whilst trying to process your XML/RIS file, please verify that it is a valid XML/RIS format".

    Si j'ouvre un logiciel de texte, je ne vois que l'iddenfiant (D178488909).

    Not sure what you mean. What identifier? Can you take a screenshot of what you see in the text editor, or send the file to support@zotero.org with a link to this thread?

    dstillman vous demande ce que vous voyez quand vous ouvrez le fichier RIS avec un éditeur de texte. Et de poster ici une copie d'écran du contenu (ou d'envoyer le fichier RIS à l'adresse donnée plus haut)

    That looks like a valid RIS file. If you want us to take a look, you can send it to support@zotero.org with a link to this thread. Otherwise you'd have to ask Sumari JBI support.

    J'ai trouvé, c'est à cause des articles en mandarin ou arabe que JBI n'accepte pas le fichier, ça n'a finalement rien à voir avec le format du fichier RIS créé sur Zotero contrairement à ce que dis le JBI.
