Upgrade Storagezotero deleted all the page numbers i citated before integrating it
and now I have to look for EACH citation in entire books, encyclopedias, journals, newspapers... this is gonna be time-consuming. can anyone tell me an easier way to get them back if I can?

My best guess is that you manually edited citations to add page numbers in Word (which isn't how you want to do that, see https://www.zotero.org/support/word_processor_plugin_usage ). Even then, Zotero would typically ask whether to overwrite this for every single citation, so this seems odd.
What Zotero absolutely cannot do is to go into old versions of a document and alter their content, so something else is going on there.
