It cannot view recently closed windows.

There is a downward triangle on the right side of the title bar, where you can view the open windows. Previously, it was possible to view the recently closed windows, but now it seems that this is no longer available. Has this feature been removed?

That menu shows open tabs. It doesn’t show windows and has never shown closed tabs or windows.
