Retaining Tag tab -- or other tabs -- when scrolling items

It would sometimes be useful to be able fix the Tag or Libraries tab (and not revert to the Info tab) when scrolling through items. Very helpful to check that items have been classified correctly. Can this be done in about:config?

I see this is easily done with a right-click. Exactly what I need.

You can also double-click on the icon to pin or unpin a section.
