Zotero won't save journal articles

I am trying to save journal articles from a variety of websites to zotero and i keep getting an error. it says: "An error occurred saving with ResearchGate. Attempting to save using Embedded Metadata instead"

We always need specific URLs when reporting issues like this. You should also specify if this happens on multiple sites or specifically on ResearchGate, and if the latter, whether you are logged in or not when you try (different from most other academic sites, ResearchGate behaves very different depending on your login status)
