In-text citation is missing

Intext citation is missing in the body of text. however, reference appears in bibliography. I refreshed the references but problem persists.
I tried to delete the reference from bibliography but on refreshing reference again appears in bibliography but intext citation is missing
kindly guide in this regard.

It can happen that there is a stray citation left in your document. Turn on field codes and search for remnants for these items and delete them:
