juamariI'm still not getting this to work with Amazon. I tried deleting and re-adding the extension. Help! I'm a professor who is teaching a class where students edit Wikipedia, and being able to quickly download clear citations is central!

AbeJellinek@juamari: As above, we need a sample URL.

dstillmanedited January 24, 2025@jumari: Sorry about that. Fixed now in Zotero Connector 5.0.152 for Chrome. Be sure to reload the Amazon page. Thanks for reporting.

frankcsliuThe problem remains for 2025-02-28. The Chrome and Firefox add-ons won't work for Amaozon's books. "An error occurred saving with Amazon. Attempting to save using Save as Webpage instead.". Please investigate this issue again. Thanks.

frankcsliuUpdate: I followed the instructions at https://www.zotero.org/support/troubleshooting_translator_issues and cleared the site's (Amazon) cache. The translator then worked.
