Is there a way to revert to light mode on 7.0.11 32bit?

Once I updated the app, it switched to Dark Mode. But I work much better with Light Mode. Is there a way to switch it back?

"Settings > General > Appearance and Language" for the main window
"View > Use Dark Mode for Content" in PDF reader

I was looking for settings for a good 10 minutes and didn't even notice it's under Edit! Thanks!
