Style update request: Pediatric Radiology
I would greatly appreciate it if someone could update the style of the journal Pediatric Radiology.
Currently, Pediatric Radiology style is a dependent style, the same as Springer - Basic (numeric, brackets).
It should be updated as the journal guideline that DOIs as full DOI links should always be included, if available.
Everything else is fine.
Author guidelines:
https://link.springer.com/journal/247/submission-guidelines#Instructions for Authors_References
Open access paper formatted with this style:
https://link.springer.com/article/10.1007/s00247-024-06107-z
Thanks in advance,
Jae Won

<group prefix=". " delimiter=" ">
<text prefix="https://doi.org/" variable="DOI"/>
</group>
and delete the DOI part specified in the "article-journal"
You'll need to understand that this needs to make sense, especially since changing a parent style like that involves that many dependent styles will be affected. So, it has to have grounds for us to make such a change.
@adamsmith
What's your take here? Neither their non-article examples in the guidelines nor published papers show DOIs. Generally, there's also a lack of consistency.
