extra citation "{Citation}" slow

Hello, I am having this extra citation "{Citation}" each time. Example (Abc, 2025){Citation} .Please help. And my zotero 7 been slow. It is the pdf attached that is causing this problem? I am working on my thesis and this is causing a lot of inconvenice.

"{Citation}" is a placeholder that appears while the citation dialog is open. You shouldn't see it any other time. If you are, what word processor? Can you explain the exact Steps to Reproduce in a new, empty document, and provide a Debug ID for reproducing it?

Hello, thanks for the follow-up. It is fine now. I was able to find the option to allow Word to make change to my mac and it is okay now. Thanks again!
