I am facing an issue with my Zotero library and would appreciate your assistance. Below is a summary of the problem: My Zotero library, which I have been building for several months, has disappeared, and I now see a library that does not belong to me.I have confirmed that I am logged into the correct account and checked my sync settings, but I still cannot retrieve my previous library. Reset the sync settings and re-synced my library. logged out of Zotero and logged back . I attempted to restore my local database from a backup, but it was unsuccessful. Checked my library through the Zotero web interface, but the old data is missing.

Given that this looks to have just happened yesterday, you should be able to restore from one of the automatic backups in your data directory. Make backups of those immediately and check the timestamps for when they were created. Unless you have some other backup you made yourself, those would be your only option.
