Upgrade StorageMake HORIZONTAL TABS/VERTICAL SECTIONS of the item pane an OPTION.
I've been a loyal fan of Zotero for years and years, and because of that longtime use have grown accustomed to its very familiar interface. While I appreciate upgrades, this one has been challenging for me:
"One of the biggest changes is in the item pane, where we’ve replaced the horizontal tabs (Info, Tags, Notes, etc.) with collapsible vertical sections and a side navigation bar for quick access to specific sections."
I would love to have the OPTION to switch between the previous HORIZONTAL tabs on the item pane, and the new VERTICAL sections/tabs. At least that would ease the transition (although I like the old horizontal tabs orientation better).

dstillmanedited 5 days agoIf there's a particular problem you're having with the vertical tabs, you should tell us and we might be able to help, but there's not going to be an option to switch back to horizontal tabs. The tabs aren't just a cosmetic change — they fundamentally change how the item pane works and allow for more sections than would fit in a horizontal bar.
