Zotero adding citations with 1a,1b,1c

How to add citations in Zotero with 1a,1b,1c in superscript. Can anyone helpto elaborate exactly how to do this.

    2. What is this for? (a paper for a specific journal (which?) or a thesis/document)

    We are writing a paper and wish to cite three papers consecutively with 1a,1b,1c we are using ACS style.

    Such compound styles as required for chemistry papers are technically not possible at the moment.
