Upgrade StorageStyle Error: [Revue d'Histoire Moderne et Contemporaine]

The RHMC seems to have changed its footnote style, would someone have time to update it ? Here is the reference page : https://www.rhmc.fr/normes-de-presentation-pour-les-articles/
it seems to be very similar to Vingtième Siècle now (to be checked).
