Upgrade StorageAndroid app: rotation scaling bug
Rotating text annotation box rotates the text but does not maintain text size so that it matches the resulting rotated text box. It seems it uses the original un-rotated text box size to dimension the text.
Write some text and rotate it by 90 deg. The text size will decrease even though the box has not decreased.
