Upgrade StorageUnable to install
I downloaded the windows installer, double-clicked it to open it and was prompted to select the user, but after confirming it, I exited without being able to proceed with the installation process.If i use another user, it always tells me the code is wrong.

That dialog would pop up if the current user doesn't have permission to install to C:\Program Files. I would think the "Administrator" account would, so there may be some additional restrictions on your computer. But entering some non-admin user certainly wouldn't work.
If you don't have access to C:\Program Files and/or can't solve this, you should be able to click Cancel in that dialog, in which case it will install to a location within your home folder.
