Constant error

I have been getting this error several times during the last days. I have to close and open Zotero to be able to use it again and make it work. Note that I have set the item type before setting field data.
Thanks for your help,

Eduardo

Can you provide a Report ID? Have you been using any plugins? Are you doing anything specific before this happens? This is a very strange error.

Can you go to Tools → Developer → Run JavaScript, run the following code, and either paste the result here or (if it contains private information) email it to support@zotero.org with a link to this thread?

    Zotero.Items.getByLibraryAndKey(1, 'WSQVB43L')
  • Hello,

I have submitted several Reports through the system.
I am not using any plugins. The first message I received was that I was running out of space so I paid to extend that capacity but still getting errors. I have been using it as always (for the last 10 years!).

I have run the code and emailed it.
    Thanks

  • Please have a read of the link that was given to you again. You will need to post the given number here after having triggered the error.
  • Just run it and got the error again and this Report ID: 1217767689
    Thanks

[JavaScript Error: "ZoteroInvalidDataError: Invalid item type id 'undefined'" {file: "chrome://zotero/content/xpcom/data/itemFields.js" line: 215}]
    1) Check your database integrity from the Advanced → Files and Folders pane of the Zotero settings.

    2) If that passes, can you provide a Debug ID (different from a Report ID) for Zotero startup through reproducing this, using the "Restart with Logging Enabled…" option?
  • Done. No errors were found in the database.
I restarted it with logging enabled but don't know where to find the Debug ID. Can you guide me on this please?
    Thanks
  • I linked to instructions.
