Word plugin stuck in loading

I use the Plugin for Word 365. It has been working since I installed it but yesterday it started giving me an issue. I have the toolbar icon, but when I try to add/edit a citation, and type a reference, it is stuck with the wheel spinning (see picture) and won't find my references. I have tried in a previously working document and new document. I also tried restarting my computer and deleting/reinstalling the plugin and going through the steps in the "Zotero Word Processor Plugin Troubleshooting" page.

Any advice?
