Citation style changing when I insert a particular text citation

When I try to insert this reference http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/19020418 the citation style in the text changes from APA style to something else.....I get author first names inserted throughout most of the text citations.

Can anyone explain what is happening or how to avoid this problem?

It appears to be a problem with any citation from Behavioural Pharmacology.

    the style doesn't change.
    It's most likely this:
    http://www.zotero.org/support/kb/given_name_disambiguation
    not sure how/why it shows up specifically connected to one citation.
