Upgrade StoragePopup appears off screen if annotation crosses page boundary
I have an annotation with a comment that crosses a page boundary:

When the next page is not visible (e.g., at Zoom to page height), upon clicking on the annotation the popup appears off the bottom of the screen:

This is using version 7.1-beta.4+484eb1f1d (64-bit) on Linux.
