I did not grant Zotero access to "See, edit, create and delete all my Google Docs documents" and now when ever I try to use one of the functions through the zotero connector in my document nothing happens. I tried to change the permissions in settings but its not possible.

You should restart your browser and try using the plugin again. Zotero will prompt you for permissions once more.
