I followed all of the steps. Still not synching to even my online library. My online library shows the most recent citations that I added, but the pdfs are missing. Only one file shows a pdf symbol. However, put the pdf does not open when I click on it.
I've already followed this instruction. "If Device A is a computer, go to the Sync → Reset pane of the Zotero settings on Computer A and select Reset File Sync History for the library in question."
I pressed it, but nothing happened to my files in the online library. In particular, my current usage is still 10.3mb. Also, I read and saw on Youtube that I should go to edit, preferences, and setup the synching. They do not mention the synch button. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3lFqEvNMXuM Here's my new debug ID. D1912160310
OK, the Debug ID in your edit is fine, and shows the problem:

You disabled syncing for My Library. This doesn't have anything to do with files — none of your library data is syncing. See Step 4 on Changes Not Syncing.
I don't recall ever enabling or disabling it. Since installing Zotero, I have never been able to get it to synch. So, I think it's disabled by default. It's only now that I really need to synch my library that I've put in the time to figure out how to synch.
I promise you it's not disabled by default. Setting up syncing simply involves putting in your username and password and clicking Set Up Syncing. That's literally it.
(And Purge Storage isn't a troubleshooting step, so that's not something you should have used.)
