Upgrade StorageChicago 18: Omit publisher place (before 1900)
My publisher is asking me to update my submission in accordance with CMOS18:

The most significant change here where Zotero is concerned is:
- "14.30. A place of publication is no longer required in citations of books."
Apparently, this is not the case with books published before 1900, which still require the place name.
How would one edit the CSL file to accomplish this?
