Recovering after a factory reset of computer

My partner did a factory reset on my computer and now my Zotero library is empty. Syncing my account does not recover any saved publications. Is there any way to recover my saved publications?

You weren't syncing previously, at least with this account.

Unless you were syncing with a different account, you'd only be able to restore from a backup you made of your Zotero data directory.
