Upgrade StorageUpdating page numbers in notes in Word

maybe someone here can help me:
I just highlighted a section in a PDF and then added it to a note. Then I pasted the note into Word. The page number in the note was wrong, so I adjusted it accordingly in Zotero in the marker on the left and also applied it to all subsequent pages.
In the previously created note in Zotero, the change was not applied, so I had to do this manually. It didn't update in Word either: Even when I right-clicked on the source after the citation in Word and refreshed the field, the page number was not updated. Even with the “Refresh” button for the entire document, this has not changed.
Do I always have to correct errors in the page number manually in all places or is there a way to have this updated automatically as soon as I have entered it correctly in the markings?
