Upgrade StorageCannot delete coloured tags that are not associated with an item
I think this is a bug:
1. Add item to Zotero
2. Add a tag to it by hand.
3. In the tag window, give that tag a colour and priority.
4. Delete the item.
5. Empty the trash.
6. Right-click on the tag in the tag window. All the options are greyed out and there is no way to delete it.
Is this intentional or a bug? It seems like a bug. The only way to delete the tag would be to add it to an item first, then delete it.
