Display the collection hierarchy in the advanced search for the Collection field

Advanced search with collection selection is currently almost useless: the Collection drop-down list in the Advanced Search dialog does not display the collection hierarchy.

That's just a bug in Zotero 7. Subcollections have hyphens before them, and they're supposed to be indented a certain number of spaces based on the collection hierarchy, but that's not happening anymore. We'll fix.
