Endnote and Zotero subcollection sinc- export workflow
I have my library an a group library in Zotero. However, most of my new co-authors use Endnote and my Institution pay for it. When exporting the endnote xml, I successfully export into endonote, but I lose all information about my Subcollections.
1. If I export a Collection with Subcollections, everything is imported in the same Endnote library. Is there a way to keep Zotero Subcolections information into Endnote.
2. Even more complicated. As some items in my Zotero are part of several collections, all this information is lost. Any way to keep it?
Lastly, is there some know workflows for keeping my zotero and endnote collections sinc? I imagine other users has to deal with similar users from what I read before posting.

adamsmithI'm afraid the answer to all of this is no. I'm not aware of a format Endnote imports (other than the proprietary .enl format, which they'd like claim would be illegal for other apps to use) that preserves library structures, nor is the an open API for Endnote that would allow any kind of sync.
