[Feature Request] Hightlight an item by color

I have many papers in one collection and need to read one by one. It would be very kind to have a function to highlight the items by different color (a kind of group color labelling, just as in Mac one can color a file item in a folder), so I can quickly find the interested ones each time I open the collection. Although I can go around this by using other tricks such as tag, it is less obvious and intuitive.

Thanks a lot for the prompt reply. This is a very good. I think a small too bar for assigning a color would be very easy to use, instead of first assigning a tag to each item and then setting the tag color.

Just to be clear, once you've created a colored tag, you can toggle it on an item with the number keys on your keyboard, as explained there.
