Cloud PDF Storage Help

Hi there,

I would like to purge some (but not all pdfs) from my cloud storage.
I would like to purge some pdfs from group libraries or sub folders I am not currently using, but to continue to sync the group library I am currently using. I do not want to delete the item from the databases, only the pdf. I would like the deleted pdf stored on a hard drive so that I could reaccess it again in the future.

I am new to managing storage. Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Delete the attachment item from Zotero locally, empty the trash, and sync.

You can drag attachment items out of the Zotero app to a filesystem folder to store copies of the associated files.

Thank you. Is there a way to select all the attachments at once to move and then delete? I can only figure out how to drag and drop one at a time and it will take a long time to do individually.
