High CPU useage

When using zotero, my computer met high CPU usage, zotero can cause my AMD RYZEN HZ 370 2 CPU cores into full load when I just open 3 PDFs, about 10 pages each PDF file. When using acrobat opening same files, I cannot meet this.

    1) Can you reproduce this in Troubleshooting Mode (Help → "Restart in Troubleshooting Mode…”), which temporarily disables all plugins?
    2) Does it happen with all files?
    3) Can you provide a Debug ID for it happening?
