Upgrade StorageCannot open files in PDF from the web storage site
I cannot open de PDF files. If the PDF file is in the computer, I can open it but when the PDF is in the cloud storage place, then it cannot be opened. There is a tex saying:
El archivo ' directory and name ' cannot be created. Check that it is not being used, or has permisiones and a valid name. Restart the computer or disable the antivirus software.
It worked perfectly until a few days and I didn't do any update.
Any suggestion to open the files?

I'm not totally sure what you mean here. Are you talking about using the web library, or just trying to open files in the desktop app that aren't stored locally? I assume the latter? If so, can you provide a Debug ID for reproducing this?
