Fixing Note too long to sync

So I've been using Zotero paid with Better Note for awhile now and I've been loving being able to create massive documents with all the annotations from readings. However, I'm not being told they won't sync because they are too large, which is really disappointing because I am trying to use Zotero as an all in one (at least for note taking) software and it's being working really well.

Does anyone know a work around to make sure that I can sync the documents over the different computers?

@DavideVentrone: For problems with a plugin, you should contact the plugin developer. (They might want to see details of the note to figure out why it's going over the limit.)
