Sync can upload files but not download?
On my work computer, which is behind a proxy server, I have a problem with sync:
Apparently uploading files works just fine, as I can access them from the web interface. But files I added from another device can't be accessed from my work computer. I suspect it's a proxy config problem, but all other programs work fine.
The Debug ID is: D2080572506
The "normal" internet connection seems to work fine, as I can search for ISBNs and things like that.
If I try to download one of the files which aren't already on my work computer I get the following Error:
A file sync error occurred. Please try syncing again.
If you receive this message repeatedly, restart Zotero and/or your computer and try again. If you continue to receive the message, submit an error report and post the Report ID to a new thread in the Zotero Forums.
Report ID for this Error is: 735656544
I'm sure it is a problem on my end, but I would be very gratefull if anyone help me troubleshoot this :)
I'm running Zotero 7.0.11 on Arch Linux btw.
Thank you

Are you getting a proxy authentication popup when you first start Zotero? If you reset the login, are you able to re-enter credentials?
Running the Javascript gave the result:
===>undefined<=== (undefined)
If I then restart the application I'm prompted for my proxy credentials as usual and the problem persists.
You're saying the problem seems to be that the proxy authentication fails only when trying to connect to amazon S3?
We tried to configure the proxy manually and got to the same point where generally internet connection works, but sync doesn't.
What should I do to help debug this?
Thanks
